Greenergy, Inc. is proud to inform the public that we have our
'ORGANIC PRODUCTION APPROVALS' for the following new and/or improved products:
We at Greenergy, Inc. develop, manufacture and market environmentally 'Min Risk' and NOP Organic Production products and OMRI. Greenergys pest control products are for commercial agriculture, home, lawn and garden. Organic Production is the future. Greenergy's principal products combine proprietary controlled release technologies with biorational pest control agents to enhance the effectiveness and duration of these agents by protecting them from natural degradation and controlling their release over planned periods of time. Biorational pest control products use naturally occurring commercial agriculture products shields the agent and attracts a pests to their demise. These attractants interfere with the ability to disrupting an insects normal direction. Although attractants and inorganics have been studied as a means of controlling insects since the 1930s, their usage was limited due to variability in performance and absence of cost effective delivery systems. Greenergy has developed and believes it can continue to develop products and delivery systems which effectively address these problems. In recent years, commercial growers have increasingly adopted more sophisticated environmentally methods of pest control to reduce toxic residues environmental contamination and cost-effectively counter increasing insect resistance to conventional insecticides. These methods of pest control focus on ecosystem management and are collectively identified as integrated pest management ("IPM"). IPM involves the use of a combination of crop selection, cultivation practices and biorational control measures to reduce or eliminate toxic chemical application. The Company's commercial products are targeted at fruits, vegetables and selected row crops, are ideally suited to IPM practices, unlike most conventional insecticides, the Company's products are non-toxic, leave no harmful residue and do not contaminate soil or groundwater. Greenergy markets seven organic products under the Greenergy labels for use in the lawn and garden, commercial agriculture and for Organic Production markets. Most products are under the 25 (b) Minimum risk law enforced by the US EPA. In addition, Greenergy has completed field test at UC Davis on yellowstar thistle, brush and weeds with 4B and BRUSH WEEDS & GRASS both organic herbicides in field trials in Northern California. Weeds and grass test in Mesa, Arizona. Kudzu will be a new product introduced with our issued patent in 2006. Direct access to growers, buyers and field research personnel, facilitates rapid evaluation and introduction of new products that will accelerate the market acceptance and penetration for Greenergy's products. In the consumer home, lawn and garden pest control markets, Greenergy will sell a broad line of non-toxic pest control products under the Greenergy label. These products use a variety of technologies, including the Company's proprietary controlled attractant release technology, traps that eliminate targeted pest without exposing the household to toxic effects with conventional pesticides.
